Russian Visa
To support visa applications for Conference participants coming from countries requiring a visa to enter the Russian Federation, a letter of invitation will be available only after online registration has been successfully completed.
Where to stay?
There are guest floors in our student hostels. Conference participants wishing to stay at our hostel should ask for a reservation in the online form.
Accommodation is separate for males and females.
Category 1 - 1 bed in Double Room
1000 Russian Roubles
Category 2 - 1 bed in Triple Room
1000 Russian Roubles
Category 3 - Single Room*
3000 Russian Roubles
* - priority will be given to Scientific Advisors
Payment
There is no need for advance payment when processing a reservation. The charges for accommodation are to be borne fully by participants.
All payments are to be effected in Russian Roubles upon check-in at the hostel.
Group Stay
If you are a group of Conference participants originating from a single educational institution, it is possible to book a double and/or triple room. This must be performed by writing to the Organizing Committee. The number of participants should be stated clearly as well as their choice for their room-mates.
