Author’s Kit 

Guidelines for Paper Composition

When typing the paper, it is of ample importance to take the following criteria into account:
1. A maximum of 5 papers is allowed per author with no limitation to the number of co-authors for every abstract.
2. All papers have to be submitted in English and must exhibit a research-based character.
3. Every paper must be structured as per the plan below:
- Introduction
- Aim
- Materials and methods
- Results with figures and statistical interpretation
- Conclusions
4. Verify thoroughly the authenticity of any citation, formulae and statistics before having them included.
5. Before making use abbreviations, they should be initially stated completely, followed by the abbreviated form in brackets.
6. Exclude tables, graphical illustrations, pictures and citations.
7. Omit all grammatical and spelling errors.

Notification
After submitting your paper(s), you will receive a notification email from the Organizing Committee within about 3-4 days.


Presentation Guidelines
The form of presentation can be:
- ORAL
- POSTER
- ORAL + POSTER


Oral presentation
1. Use PowerPoint format only. Save your presentation in pen drive only.
2. The overall time frame for 1 presentation about 10 minutes. Allow a maximum of 7 minutes for in-depth analysis and explanation of your slides followed by a 3-minute discussion part.
3. If your presentation makes use of videotapes, ensure that the format type is WMV.
4. The 1st slide must contain information exactly as in your paper(s) in the following sequence:
- Name of educational establishment without abbreviations
- Academic Department
- Title
- Author
- Scientific Advisor
- Country
- City/Town
- Year of Presentation
5. Incorporate different ways of illustrating information e.g. graphs, charts, images, schemes

Poster presentation

1. The poster size must not exceed the 110 cm X 110 cm format. For the sake of convenience, you may use a smaller format.
2. Structure your presentation as per the plan below:
- Introduction
- Aim
- Materials and methods
- Results with figures and statistical interpretation
- Conclusions
3. Please use an appropriate font size for the posters so that they are readable by the participants 1.5 meter away.
4. Before making use abbreviations, they should be initially stated completely, followed by the abbreviated form in brackets.
5. Comprehend various methods for displaying information e.g. graphs, charts, images, schemes
6. Exclude any citation, quotation and literature of any kind and source.
7. The poster presenter must also bring the poster already printed and is required to stand by their posters during the whole poster session.


Mini C.V
The mini C.V is optional. Depending on their choice, authors are invited to send their C.V, which:
- must be restricted to approximately 1200 words
- has to provide general information about them
- should include contact information
- a photograph
- may contain brief information about their scientific achievements.
Please send your C.V by email to the Organizing Committee and mark the title of the letter using your family name e.g. smith c.v


Book of Abstracts
The Book of Abstracts will be available in CD only. A copy of it will be handed to every author on the first day of the Conference.
Each Educational Institution that will be represented at the Conference will receive a free copy of the Book of Abstracts on paper.
